4 Ways to Slow Down & Simplify to Live a More Intentional Life

1. Know your priorities-Make space in your life for the stuff and people that truly add value and joy to your life. Here’s a  post I wrote about managing stress and learning to say no and keep your yes’s sacred:  https://megansyogatribe.com/is-stress-stealing-your-joy-health/

2. Stop Overcommitting- Your time is precious make sure your commitments align with your life’s purpose, priorities, goals, and happiness. Learn to say no when necessary and keep your yes’s sacred.

3. Get Rid of Clutter- Physical clutter has a negative impact on our stress level and can turn into mental clutter. Give your living space a good detox every couple months. Rule of thumb: If it doesn’t bring you joy toss it! Check out Maria Kondo’s Book The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up: The Japanese Art of Decluttering and Organizing

4. Don’t aim for 24/7 productivity- Don’t try to fill every hour of every day with something. Be ok with down time and give yourself time everyday to re-charge.

Much Love & Gratitude,
