Sessions can be held at any of our four  locations in Blue Springs or Lee’s Summit or brought to a location of your choice. Perfect for individuals, friends, families, teams, or corporate wellness events. We bring the heart, expertise, and intention, you just show up.

🐾 Puppy Yoga
A playful, feel-good class that blends gentle movement with the best kind of stress relief—puppy snuggles! This custom yoga session is perfect for team building, celebrations, or simply lifting spirits. We partner with local breeders and rescues to bring puppies to your mat for a truly unforgettable experience. $30/person 

🍷 Vino & Vinyasa
Unwind and connect with a private, customized yoga class followed by a 4-glass wine flight and charcuterie board. Ideal for girls’ nights, birthdays, bridal parties, or team events. $50/person
