I host transformational yoga, wellness, and healing retreats because I believe men and women deserve time to slow down, nurture themselves, and truly thrive—not just survive. In a fast-paced world, creating space for our own well-being is a radical act of self-love.
These retreats aren’t just getaways—they're sacred spaces where women and men are seen, supported, and free to reconnect with themselves and each other. Together, we build community rooted in love, belonging, and transformation.

What's NOT Included:
Spa Services: There will be free time for spa, pool, extra non-group classes, naps and solo time. Click Here to checkout the Wellness Spa Services. All guest do receive 10% off all spa services.
Alcohol: ONLY a 5pm sunset "mocktail" or "cocktail" is included every evening. You will have access to purchase amazing, fresh, low sugar, all natural, delicious cocktails from the bar or pool staff.
Flight: Fly into Liberia (LIR) International Airport
*When flights are released by airlines preferred flights from KC will be sent to those signed up via email. You are welcome to fly any airline. If you are on the preferred flights your transfer to and from the hotel is included, if not you are response for your own transfer and can book and pay via the hotel.

Megan' Yoga Tribe hosts a beautiful retreat at Civana, located in Carefree, Arizona. I have been twice with Megan and hoping to attend more. Civana is the essence of wellness and relaxation and paired with Megan's expertise and the result is an awesome experience.
