Today, I had such a good reminder of how truly unique @megansyogatribe is.
Sometimes I forget, because it’s who we are, but what we have here is really rare and special.

I was on the phone with a prospective client who shared that, at other gyms and studios, she had felt pressure… like she had to keep up, do it all, push harder, and even worse, she felt judged.
Like it was a competition, like it was every person for themselves.
And hearing that just broke my heart, because that is everything we are NOT at Megan’s Yoga Tribe.

Our instructors are constantly offering modifications.
They remind you to honor how you feel.
To listen to your body.
To choose what is best for you.

At Megan’s Yoga Tribe, every body belongs.
Every ability, every gender, every race, every story.
