Pausing from the busy positively impacts every aspect of your life and the relationships with those you love most. Megan’ Yoga Tribe hosts a beautiful retreat at Civana, located in Carefree, Arizona. I have been twice with Megan and hoping to attend more. Civana is the essence of wellness and relaxation and paired with Megan’s expertise and the result is an awesome experience. When I first came to Civana I didn’t know what to expect, but what I left with was healing, rest, inner peace within myself and a smile.
