Learn to teach from the heart and change lives

Our mission is to train heart centered yoga instructors who don’t just teach classes… they hold space for transformation.

We believe yoga is more than movement, it’s a way of living. Through the integration of yoga philosophy, safe and intentional teaching, and trauma-informed practices, we guide our instructors to lead with presence, purpose, and deep care for the humans in front of them.

Through heart-centered teaching, we ripple more love, more peace, and more connection into the world, one student, one class, one community at a time.

This is not a “learn how to teach yoga poses” training.

This is a life-changing, identity-shifting experience.

Carly-Lead Teacher

I started practicing yoga many moons ago as a calming lunch break from my corporate job, in those early days it was impossible to close my eyes and calm my mind during savasana - I was the one with at least one eye open. Today my practice is fundamental to managing stress; my mat is my calm in the storm – a place where I am fully present. It is where I have learned to trust and honor my body and connect with my self.

I am a 500 ERYT, YAECP. My 200 hour yoga certification is from Zen Zone Yoga and my 300 hour is from Rishikesh Yogpeeth where I studied Hatha and Ashtanga over 5 weeks in India. I an also trained in Chair Yoga, creative Vinyasa sequencing, Yoga Nidra and Trauma Informed teaching.

Megan

I’m Megan, a wife to a man I LOVE fiercely, mom of four, yoga instructor, business coach, owner and founder of Megan's Yoga Tribe, and heart-on-fire visionary on a mission to create a more peaceful, love-filled world.
18 years ago, I landed on a yoga mat out of desperation. I was drowning in $820K of business debt in a business that was stealing my soul (not yoga) that's a story for another day, emotionally exhausted, and disconnected from myself. I was a mom of four who didn’t know how to slow down or breathe. Yoga cracked me open. That mat became the sacred space where I stopped numbing and started healing. It taught me how to choose myself, and in doing so, I began to transform everything.

Life-Changing Experience that changes you and others

Our training is built on a foundation of heart-centered training from powerful mentors.

"The single best decision I have ever made [after marrying my best friend] was enrolling in yoga teacher training with Ruthann Zentner & Tricia Maple Tayrien.  This one *YES* transformed my entire life!

When I enrolled in YTT my intention was not to teach yoga. It was to dive deeper into my yoga practice, it was to do something for me, it was to grow personally and expand my tools to navigate life as a busy working mom.

What I received was a life-changing journey and the tools to be a compassionate yoga instructor, a healer, and turn my passion into a thriving business serving my purpose and living a life that sets my soul on FIRE!

Being able to grow our yoga training program outside of Kansas City  with Carly  is the honor of a lifetime.
