Yoga Sculpt Express is a dynamic 30 minute yoga practice that incorporates resistance interval training into traditional yoga sequences. We use optional light hand weights, resistance bands, and a weighted pilates ball. This practice is designed to strengthen and tone every muscle in your body. This class will leave you feeling strong, healthy, empowered, confident, and sweaty! This class was recorded LIVE on 2/23/21.

I am normally one of your 6am groupies, but this morning I was mentally cloudy and knew that if I tried to do this one when I felt like that, I would do it with only half the effort. I’m lucky I have a chance later in the morning to fit one in and I sure am glad I did! Not so glad I did last weekend’s Barre yesterday afternoon (leg burner!) seeing how after the first half of this one I could barely stand! Haha, thanks Megan!!
