This practice helps bring balance to the two energies within the body- the Feminine (Yin) and Masculine (Yang) we will start with meditation and warming up the body, then move into an all levels vinyasa flow to find some energy and strength. For the second half of practice we will slow down and connect with our breath with some yin postures that help ease the mind and create a feeling of groundedness.
