Yoga Sculpt Express is a dynamic 30 minute yoga practice that incorporates resistance interval training into traditional yoga sequences. We use optional light hand weights, resistance bands, and a weighted pilates ball. This practice is designed to strengthen and tone every muscle in your body. This class will leave you feeling strong, healthy, empowered, confident, and sweaty! This class was recorded LIVE on 3/21/23.
