Do I need to be experienced in yoga?

No yoga experience necessary

Can I come alone?

Yes, options are to room solo, with a bestie, or be assigned a yogi roomie

What’s included?

Everything minus flights & alcohol. 

What if I just want to rest?

You do you... We provide an invitation itinerary from which you can take what you want and leave what you don't. This is your retreat. 

Is a payment plan available?

A downpayment is required to save your spot; you then have the option to setup an affordable monthly payment plan.

What is the cancellation policy?

All payments are non-refundable

If full balance is not paid by due date, your room will be canceled and all payments forfeited

Retreat may be transferred to another person

If canceled 60+ days prior, funds minus the deposit may be applied to another MYT retreat within 12 months

Slow coffee with no rush, nowhere to be

Optional adventures (waterfalls, ocean, sweat lodges, ice baths, hiking)

I host transformational yoga, wellness, and healing retreats because I believe men and women deserve time to slow down, nurture themselves, and truly thrive—not just survive. In a fast-paced world, creating space for our own well-being is a radical act of self-love.

These retreats aren’t just getaways—they're sacred spaces where women and men are seen, supported, and free to reconnect with themselves and each other. Together, we build community rooted in love, belonging, and transformation.
